Like having options? Gold Coast Broadband gives you four convenient ways to pay for your services: over the phone, through the mail or in person.
Pay Over the Phone
Simply call us at (201) 763-5000 and inform one of our friendly service representatives that you would like to pay by phone. Our representative will guide you through the entire process. (Additional fees may apply for payment made over the phone).
Pay Through the Mail
Simply enclose a check with your Gold Coast Broadband invoice and drop the self-addressed envelope in any mailbox. Lost your envelopes. No problem. Place your check and Gold Coast Broadband invoice in an envelope and mail to the following address:
Please Keep in mind that Single Play channels, internet and phone will be billed through Gold Coast, however any upgrade to video will be billed directly to the customer via DIRECT TV.
